Delivery Schedule & Our Guarantee

My normal processing proceedure is to review all incoming orders on Monday each week. So, all orders received by 9am Monday morning are put into production that week if all stained glass materials are in stock in my studio. If your item is in stock and does not require customization, it should ship out within two business days. If I must create your item it can take up to 4 weeks (bigger projects may take 6). Rush orders are possible but not guaranteed until we've spoken or emailed. An upcharge may apply.

For custom orders, I require a deposit. All of this will be discussed with you prior to putting the order into production.

Please, understand this is a "home business". The definite upside....You are receiving a quality, one-of-a-kind, art object. The down side is it is a "home business" and there are times that one of our five children (or all) have a crisis, the dog eats an order (not likely) or my fabulous soldier husband is away doing something adventurous and even more chaos reigns. I am very honest with you when these things occur and do everything in my human powers to accomodate.

If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from the Morning Light Glass Works website, please contact me to arrange for a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt of item. Please, retain the original packaging if a return is required.
